It is recommended that people get 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise, or some combination of the two every week. However, many people struggle with coming up with a simple yet comprehensive program for achieving this goal within the time they have available during the week.

The purpose of this website is to help you come up with a quick and easily executed program using little or no equipment based on your available resources that helps you meet your minimum exercise requirements. Further, the workouts are designed using exercise techniques that are well known by most people and/or can be easily reserached on the internet. This creates a program that is efficient yet comprehensive and is easy to fit into your schedule and updated whenever necessary.
